This session featured Comments.
When a learner has a question or would like to tell you something in the context of a course or assignment, the Comment feature is an efficient way to enable this private dialogue. In this session, we showed users:
● how to access and turn the Comments feature on for your course offerings,
● what the student and admin user experiences when using the feature, and
● example use cases and best practices.
Rather than going outside of the platform to communicate via email or text, this allows the learner to add a comment in real time where it is most applicable.
