Learn to leverage the benefits of Trigger and Drip Email Campaigns to promote your DigitalChalk courses – while increasing Upsell and Renewal rates with DigitalChalk Integrations.

● Trigger Campaigns: Emails sent in reaction to some milestone being achieved by a learner (e.g., course completion, due date approaching, etc.)

● Drip Campaigns: Allow you to communicate regarding general course options, specific promotions, and more to keep current and past learners interested.

In this session, we’ll show you how to create these campaigns as well as tips and best practices. With thoughtful planning and knowledge of these tactics, you can communicate and sell more fluidly to those who are already using and interested in your courses. There’s much to cover on this topic, so we’ll spread it across two sessions.
