This session featured Transactions Screens, Processes, & Refunds in DigitalChalk.

Have you ever looked at your house from across the street with the specific intent to view what others see? It’s a useful exercise that helps us appreciate the good and identify areas to improve.

The same could be said for Transactions through your DigitalChalk platform. What do your learners and customers experience? In this session, we:

●Walked through different versions of the purchase process in DigitalChalk, paying particular attention to how they look from a purchaser’s perspective, and

●Reviewed the refund process. (Some organizations might have noticed a change to this in recent weeks –not a major overhaul, just slightly altered best practices.)

Knowing the nuances of your Transaction processes is prudent and might reveal ways for you to improve the experience.
