This session continued our focus on User Field Customization

Last week’s Office Hours covered this same topic of leveraging user fields for better automation and reporting. However, there was much more to cover in this same area. 

Therefore we began our session with a recap of last week as a refresher for those who attended and an opportunity for those who missed it to catch up. We then continued to explore use cases and ways to take advantage of customizing user fields for better reporting post-initiative.
