DigitalChalk: Using Webhooks with DigitalChalk

This session focused on using Webhooks with DigitalChalk.

There are functions, tasks, and processes related to your DigitalChalk experience that sit outside the platform. Wouldn’t it be great if you could bridge some of those gaps?

Webhooks can send a variety of information about a system action (e.g., a registration) and use that data to connect with and trigger a variety of functions outside DigitalChalk (e.g., using your website to fulfill a book order or some other physical item to send to the learner).

In this session, we defined what Webhooks are, provided use case examples, and showed you how to set them up in DigitalChalk.

Learning to leverage Webhooks can help you make critical connections to improve your workflow; increase efficiency; and automate previously disparate, manual steps. They are convenient and likely easier to use than you might think!
